Burgh hosted the first cross-conference fixture of the season with the visit of Edinburgh College to East Shore Park. Despite falling behind to an early goal, the hosts fought back with a Logan Duff strike and then a superb Ben Duffield penalty save before half time. Finn McLaren headed home the winner midway through the second period to secure three points.
