Burgh travelled to Ormiston looking to continue their recent good form into the Alex Jack Cup. After dominating the opening 45 minutes, it was a solitary Andy McCallion penalty that had given the Burgh the lead. The second half saw Ormi equalise on 73 minutes before Mackenzie Williamson headed home from under the bar to finish off Calum Leadbeatter's flick onto the crossbar to seal a 2-1 win.
