Midfielder Kian Beattie and defender Calum Leadbeatter have signed permanently for the club following highly successful loan spells last season at East Shore Park from Jeanfield Swifts.

Both players joined the club on loan in January with Kian making his debut in the 4-0 win over Livingston United at the start of February going on to make 12 impressive performances.

Calum made his debut the week before against Stoneyburn and has made 13 appearances in the heart of the defence, which has coincided with a good run of form for the team and netted his first goal for the club in the 4-2 win at Pumpherston in March.

Both lads are highly rated and manager Andy Healy is delighted that they have chosen to extend their time and continue their development.
