Newburgh Juniors would like to wish departing striker Tam Hampson all the best following the end of his short-term contract.

Tam has been a massive asset to the side and a great mentor to his younger team-mates during his spell at the club where he has netted 4 goals in 10 starts, with an additional 4 substitute appearances offering his versatility up front or at the back.

A very popular and likeable figure at the club, it’s fair to say Tam has enjoyed his time at East Shore Park just as much as we have loved having him but the club didn’t want to stand in his way at an opportunity to have another crack at the Premier Division, which is where he is heading.
